Terrible. Don't even bother. Nothing in stock, no correspondence when ordering items to come in. And when they finally do have something - cash only!

Super patient and lovely staff here.I booked my girls in online for a slot to get their school uniform.They seem to have every school in Ipswich here.The lovely sales lady was super patient with my fussy 13-year-old.But it was the quickest and easiest school shopping trip to date.

Having to pay postage cos the appointment system isnt practical for two working parents to commit to the time is annoying.But my main reason for the one star is the awful web site, the amount they charge for uniform they should be able to have a better web site.Web site doesn’t state how fast click and and collect is, so unsure if I can pick it up tomorrow if they just pluck of the shelf’s, or if I have to wait for them to post it to the store?I have tried calling them so many times and no one answers the phone.I don’t want to email as I need an answer now!Also why they still saying online they are operating by appointment only in September when most schools go back tomorrow can’t see how the shops gonna be that busy by this point, but again no one to ask as they don’t answer the phone

Staff couldn't of been more helpful to us! Great service. They had an awful time whilst we were there (not us!) but they handled it really well

extortion school uniform prices - ranging from 10-25 pounds for a school jumper/fleece, the booking system is ridiculous now its a school clothes shop not a doctors surgery!!

Terrible service!! Will never use this store again. Avoid at all cost.Staff are very rude I turned up to the store to pick up item ordered 2 months ago still not received due to there ignorance of just staring at me through the door instead of telling me when they are open again.Ignore all phone calls I’ve made.It takes 2 seconds for them to explain that they cannot open the doors and when to come back but to totally ignore someone is just plain ignorant and so rude.

Rude staff takes weeks to get anything never answer the phone complete joke don't recommend using this shop unless you don't mind waiting 6 weeks for an order !

I visited the store on the 11/08 so an extremely busy time for the store and I had unfortunately ordered the wrong size uniform and had to exchange. The staff were very helpful and made it very stressless to try on sizes and get the uniform exchanged over. The staff were very cheerful and pleasant and we got everything sorted, so thank you !

An absolute joke of a shop. The only shop I know where you have to make an “appointment” to get in and when you are in the staff are so useless it’s a jokeThe cloths we were after weren’t in stock and what was on the shelf was dirty and markedThey pretty much demand you give them an email address when you purchase items as they say they are going “paperless” but then hand you a paper receiptShould be shut down completely and reopened with staff and management that know what they are doing
