Went in to Ipswich store with a view to buy an electric fire and surround. Was served by Neill who was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Helped us to get discount from voucher received a day before. A credit to the company

Great selection for plants and pots. Very happy with my recent plant purchase!The pots are a tad bit expensive for what they are but hopefully overtime their quality proves to be worth the price.

Worth a visit even if you're not after something particularly. I was surprised to find a gorgeous chest of drawers for my daughter very cheap as having couple of marks which I was able to clean so would recommend

This store is becoming very expensive compared to other similar store. Staff are unknowledgeable about their products or level of stock. All the tills are being converted to self service which time out while you are using them. Reduced items are not recognised. Staff have to authorise certain items Staff are then doing trolly checks as if all their customers are criminals. Not a very customer friendly experience, especially for a disabled person.

This place is hugeI got lost trying to find my way out.So many different things on sale for all of your DIY needs. And lots of staff available to help.I just popped in to get some ideas and will definitely be going back to get my supplies.

Great selection of hanging rails for clothes. Cheap radiators in sale section of store, including towel drying bathroom radiator £200. Garden centre . Sell indoor plant inside. Helpful staff.

Horrendous. ordered units for a new kitchen, sent the wrong ones, called up to exchange them, got told 2 days and all would be sorted, heard nothing, called up again, within 2 days will all be sorted. still nothing. escalated my complaint to the highest and told I would get a call by half four that day. still nothing. 2 weeks later, still no further forward and no usable kitchen or facilities, I have young kids and am heavily pregnant so can't just take the units to a store to return. absolutely disgusting and so so angry to be treated like this!! do not buy from them!!!!!!!!

Bought valspar emulsion paint for lounge wall. First time I have used it. Chose the colour which was mixed very thoroughly. Excellent coverage and would thoroughly recommend it.
