Had my car in for an investigation and the staff could not have been more helpful. The courtesy car was good, my car also got a complementary wash and a trade in valuation was also done at short notice. Overall, great customer service.

Troy has been amazing. I'm sure I've called up many times to find out the progress of our car as it has been with hyundai from July until August. Troy has been very accommodating with all our questions and needs.

I had a potentially expensive warranty issue that needed to be seen to asap. The situation with the car and the warranty was complex and I didn't want to be liable for inspection costs" for a number of reasons. Having spoken to Paul about the situation he was extremely helpful and reasonable and offered to help sort the car out in a timely fashion and even offered to work out an option with the potential inspection fee. The job and my case was handed over to Kirsty in the service department to handle and she did a great job. Very professional and polite and helpful. Kirsty and Paul arranged a nice courtesy car because i was so far away (I don't believe they needed to cover it but they did). Kirsty went out of her way to make sure all items that could be done on the warranty were and ended up getting all the work done for nothing. I bought the car from them and due to the great service I continue to go to them for services and any needs I might have and I live an hr away. Great service from both Kirsty
