Archidomus Architects

We were extremely happy with the service provided by Wanda at Archidomus. We love the design aspect, which made the most of our space and maximised the light. Communication was clear and precise as was liaison with the builder and other parties. We would definitely use Archidomus on any future projects.

Wanda helped us our extension and renovation project. We had little to no experience with building projects. Wanda was super helpful guided us through design, planning permission, party wall agreement, vendor selection. experienced, knowledgeable and will highly recommend Archidomus..

We asked Wanda to carry out a detailed design for an extension with a wine cellar. We already had the outline design in place and the planning permission but as we live in a conservation area there were a number of conditions which needed to be satisfied. Wanda’s thorough and methodical approach ensured a successful outcome, and we are now just waiting to hear back from the Building Regulations. Hopefully we will be starting the building work soon.

I found Wanda a very professional lady to deal with. Very happy that we got our planning permission. I would definitely use Archidomus Architects again.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend. Makes you send over photos, floorplans, detailed explanations of what you'd like, you arrange a phone call, then you get ignored. Too busy apparently. So why make me send over everything? Waste of time

Wanda was fantastic as the architect for the extension to our home. She provided really practical guidance as to the best use of space and we are really happy with the result. She has excellent attention to detail and provided us with a thorough set of drawings and specification that made interaction with the builder a much easier process than most people seem to experience. Her excellent understanding of the council planning approval and building regs processes ensured that our plans were approved without any problems.

We initially used Wanda about 15 years ago to plan an extension to both floors, and have very happily lived in it as our children have grown up.Last year we decided we needed to make better use of ground floor space and wanted a much bigger kitchen incorporating the garage and the old “play room”Wanda came up with a great plan, giving us a few ideas such as a utility room and new downstairs toilet/shower room that we hadn’t thought of, and a rough outline of the kitchen layout which we designed using a kitchen planner. The finised result is very similar to Wandas outline.We are absolutely delighted with the kitchen and cant believe we waited so long!She also helped us appoint a builder that we were extremely staisfied with.Overall 10/10 for wandas planning, work and commitment. I highly recommend her

Wanda is a true professional and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to all aspects of the design and specific sign offs and permissions that may be required. She provided us with a great set of plans that were approved with no questions asked and we hope to progress with them next year now that the pandemic is behind us. She has a detailed knowledge of what works and doesn’t work in terms of layout and sometimes you have to trust a professional in that as the end result is worth it. I would highly recommend Wanda to anyone looking for a good quality and highly respected architect.
