Untrustworthy business practices, AVOID AVOID AVOID!I had my 4 wheels refurbished 11 months ago with a 12 months warranty according to their web site's terms of sales.When I called 2 months ago stating that 2 wheels were damaged for no reason (lacker chipping in a few places since replacing the tires), they asked me to come to their workshop. As the refurbishment was still under warranty according to their website,I only went to the workshop last Saturday, only to find it closed despite their website stating it would be open.Nevertheless, I managed to speak with someone that noticed the wheel's damage.Just to be clear, 2 wheels have not been refurbished to the right standard, and 2 needed to be fixed due to my mistakes.When I call the following Monday explaining my case, the receptionist asked me to come but did not provide me a quote even though I asked for one multiple time. She just said that the warranty was valid for 6 months.When I arrived Wednesday night to leave my car the receptionist made a point of starting straight away that the warranty was only valid for only 6 months,  when their website advertised 12 months.I made it clear that as a consumer the terms and conditions are the ones stated on their website, no other terms and conditions were provided.Apparently, their website has not been updated, in respect of either their opening hours or their warranty terms.When inspecting my wheels, the technician (owner?) refused all responsibilities for their sub-standard job.The receptionist and technician quoted me £320 to fix the 4 wheels, even though I paid £410 less than a year ago.Any company with some kind of integrity would fix the 2 wheels not refurbished to the right standard free of charge, as per the warranty stated, and would charge the customer £200 or so for the other 2 wheels that I openly advised I had damaged.This company deserves a 1 star as they should be out of business for their substandard service, their lack of integrity, lack of responsibility, and lack of customer service!Avoid them at all costs and get them out of business!

Great company with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.They completed a thorough examination of two wheels on my car, one of which I had been told was damaged. Turns out nothing wrong with it.They rebalanced and refitted at no extra charge. Very impressed and will definately be back. Thanks so much for the peace of mindUpdated. I needed all my car's wheels repainted as the paint was literally flaking off. I went to another local company but the team at Diamond Alloys were better at looking at my wheels and explaining why my wheels' paint was flaking off.The staff were friendly, polite and offered suggestions on different colours/finishes for my alloy. I settled with powder coating which is more durable.You can leave your car with them but I decided to remove wheels myself & drop them off (I'm a car guy, what can I say?). I put marked sticky tape on my tyres based on which tyre goes on front/rear/left/right etc as my car is all-wheel-drive - I'm a bit specific on how I rotate my tyres but they had a better solution of marking the tyres direct which made my life easier when sticking the wheels back in the right locations (kudos for getting the tread pattern direction correct!).Booked in the job on Thursday and had my wheels ready for collection on the following Friday - amazing! Wheels came out superb so am chuffed and not embarrassed driving around with 'manky' alloys.Finally special shout out to all the lads - I spoke to 4 different people and all of them were professional and courteous. Keep up the good work - I will be recommending Diamond Alloys based on the service I received and quality of my finished wheels.Cheers!

I needed to have my alloy wheels repaired and after shopping around I went to see Diamond Alloys. After seeing the quality of their work up close, I decided not to have the alloys repaired but to have them powder-coated instead, they look fantastic. I also want to give a special mention to Nas who so helpful throughout.

I had a full refurb for all 4 of my diamond alloys for my Merc C300. One of the alloys was also badly cut from a previous refurb which I hadn't noticed. The Alloys look brand new! Musa and his team went above and beyond and did a spectacular job and also installed the alloygators for me. The team is excellent, friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend in future.

Efficient and friendly staff. Had to drop my review a few months later as they over torqued two locking wheel nuts on passenger side, which unfortunately while trying to undo my tyre shop scratched. Cost £60 for replacement locking nuts at Audi dealership who had to drill it out. Cost me two half work days to take back and forth between the tyre place, dealership and then back to tyre shop.

This company was recommended to me after searching for expensive replacement alloys. I obtained a quote and booked my car in. Then I looked at the reviews and thought about cancelling. I am so glad I didn't, my alloys look amazing. They did a great job and even discounted the price. If your alloys are looking a bit tired this is the place to bring them.
