Bloody awful serviceNot a staff member in sight, finally see one,and he doesn't even acknowledge my presence. All at the back of the pharmacy sorting something. Maybe you need someone to just serve the customers at the front. I walked out in the end after waiting ages,just finished workIf I treated my customers like that I would be fired

Booked Covid booster through NHS website,. Received immediate confirmation of next day appointment. Received reminder next morning. Arrived 10 minutes early , only to be told we don't take on line bookings

They were out of the eye medication they said I should have. And would give me what I asked for as an alternative. My optimistic gave me her suggestions. They wouldn't provide unfortunately. I went to another pharmacy who gave me what I wanted. Strange.

I always receive good service at this pharmacy. The staff are professional & friendly, both with the customers and amongst themselves, making the atmosphere in the shop inviting, rather than overbearing like some other pharmacies I have used. Additionally, I always find the speed that prescriptions are fulfilled is remarkable, especially when compared to other local pharmacies. Keep up the excellent work and thank you.

Wonderful pharmacy,thanks again to Anna for the amazing Xmas tree, every year it gets better and better. When your feeling a bit unwell the sight of the tree can't help but bring a little smile. The pharmacist has been really helpful with my daughter's medications and the staff have always been very helpful to me in some of my darkest moments, I thank them all and wish them a merry Xmas.

My mum and dad have had excellent service from this chemist,after changing the one at Muscliff(absolutely terrible!). Meds are delivered quickly and any queries dealt with quickly over the phone or in the shop. Popped in today as mum had a tummy upset and they couldn't have been more helpful. Thankyou
