Turned up late before closing but the staff welcomed us and were very accommodating considering the time we arrived and how many there were of us. The food was quickly provided and was still warm and delicious.

Absolutely appalled. Given the price of McDonald’s now you would expect better service. Completely appreciate when you order through just eat certain things happen however I would expect the managers at McDonalds to actually make some effort. Spoke to one guy and first he gave me a number which didn’t work then when I called again gave me a number only for restaurants. They claimed all the food would have been given to the driver however seeing as it was two sealed bags and the drink was in one however the fries and mcplant weren’t in the other I don’t believe it. Offered to go to there to get a replacement and they refused and were incredibly rude. Given that my family didn’t want to eat without me £30 went in the bin along with incredible rude customer service.

I had a wonderful experience! Food was tasty and the chicken was delicious. However, they put mayo on my McCrispy burger, but Lucy helped me out and gave me a new burger. Absolutely amazing customer service from Lucy!

Came through Cheltenham as we needed charge for the EV on the way south and stopped off at McDonald’s for breakfast as the local beefeater had all their tables booked.Ordering using self serve screens were as to be expected and the food was prepared quickly. For some reason the food was prepared as take out only but the staff didn’t seem to be bothered if customers were sat at the tables and eating.Layout and style as exactly as you’d expect at a McDonald’s. Store is a smallish one though and only two stalls for the women’s bathrooms, the stall I tried had a working lock but the toilet seat wasn’t on fully.

I went to this shambles of a McDonalds" and was appalled by the stench of common people. These people have no right to be ruining one of my favourite prestigious restaurants.The floor in the bathroom was soaking wet with something i can only imagine as urine and my shoes would often stick to the floor

The place is always full, but still clean for the amount of customers that they have, the orders are quick and fresh, the staff is very friendly and polite and they are ready to help you out.You can order by the desk or by the screen.Nice range of MC products, we never had any issues when we did order from here.

Venue rather cold, service a little slow. Broken bin with rubbish around it. Decent enough food and lad who brought my food was helpful, but it feels lacking for some reason. Set on a retail park that could do with a refresh.

Such a fantastic experience from the second we were greeted with colouring for our children. Cleaning up constantly to clear table space. It was a very busy Sunday afternoon but the food was hot and the staff were so attentive and thoughtful. Thank you so much
