Disgusting! Almost 4 weeks since order placed and promised it would be here today. No sign of the pond I ordered!! Proper scammers! Take your money and don’t supply the goods. Trading standards will be getting involved!

Ordered with ease and appreciated there would be a wait on delivery as we are so far away. Pond arrived roughly 4 weeks later and its perfect! Totally worth the wait. Great Customer Service when I called and a great delivery chap . All round positive sale. Would purchase from again for sure. PS Fish super happy!

STAY CLEAR.2BIT scam company. Awful customer service and zero knowledge about products they sell. Also went to order pond and price had gone up, was told tough and then hung up the phone. SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONIES ELSEWHERE.
