I was told I had rising damp, so I asked for a survey to be done at my property, Craig phoned on day of survey and asked if he could attend earlier which suited me ,he arrived checked all things I was concerned about thoroughly and advised that my house was fine and gave me advice how to fix my issue and sent me leaflets, I was very pleased with his advice and I am happy with the service and his very honest and professional service .Alison Mcfarlane

Jamie and Ryan Barr arrived promptly to deal with a small area of damp. Their work was painstaking and the end result was exactly what I had hoped for. They even went to a building store to buy new skirting board. A wonderful family duo and I would recommend them to anyone. Well done, lads. A good job well done.

Fantastic joinery work done by Richard on our property; he was meticulous in his work and took endless time to ensure that his work was just right. It is a splendid job - quite intricate in fitting round our pipes. Cannot speak too highly about his work - we are very satisfied. Would now recommend Richardson and Staring to anyone.

Mark (Findlayson) arrived exactly on time after notifying me in advance that he was on his way. After our initial conversation, he assessed my property in a balanced & meticulous way. We discussed the issue in question at length (rising damp) and he then provided a measured solution to redress the situation. In short, he was personable, professional and undertook the inspection of my property in a very thorough manner. We used Richardson and Starling to remove and replace some rotten / damp wooden joists in our office ceiling. Clarke came out to look at the job and was friendly and professional. The team were trustworthy and efficient and completed the job to a high standard on time and out of hours. Would use again and recommend to others.

very good company. Had a damp issue in one of our bedrooms. The surveyor came round to have a look was able to determine the problem very quickly. Suggested a low cost way to fix the issue which has worked, saving us a lot of money and a lot of potential mess. Great to come across such an honest company!!
