Took my order from Just eat and didn’t deliver it despite sending a confirmation email. When I rang them they said they hadn’t received the order and told me to ask for a refund through Just Eat but I couldn’t because they’d classed it as delivered. Asked for the shop to refund me my £10 but didn’t get a phone call apologising or a refund

Hi, I ordered a breakfast from toast 2 roast for the first time today. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering again.The breakfast was, putting it frank, disgusting!I asked for the bacon and sausage to be a little bit Well done but when it arrived I literally couldn't bite the bacon and it was blacker than black. The sausage was also hard but tasted totally wrong, again the darkest of black.Your hash browns were soggy on the outside and some bits tasted still uncooked inside.Ontop of all this, the breakfast was actually cold when it arrived. This was probably made worse by the fact your driver took doorstep delivery to a next level and literally left ut on my cold wet doorstep and was back in his car ready to go before we even opened the door.Very disappointed with my experience today.

Got a breakfast in a bun outstanding bacon cooked how I like it (not burnt to a crisp) sausage tasty enough, black pudding fabulous, mushrooms were lovely and the egg burst all owa me perfect sandwich 10/10.

I ordered an Angus cheese burger with chips and I have no complaints, the chips were crispy but fluffy inside and the burger was juicy and tasty. Everything was perfect. The staff were also kind and patient as I looked through the menu.

Nice presentation although the food was mainly cold, only thing that was warm/hot was the sausage, beans and tomatoes. Also bit of constructive criticism, fresh mushrooms rather than tinned. Bit of an head buster considering the initial impression. Probably spot on warm/hot.

Ordered 2 breakfast and 1 bacon bun. Delivery was slightly over the scheduled time-slot but nothing too dramatic.We opted to remove the black pudding but without asking we got extra sausage which is a bonus. Food well presented and good quantity however both breakfasts were missing the toast.Temperature wasn’t as hot as expected but that’s why we have microwaves.Apart from the missing items it was a nice treat for a Sunday morning.
