Sentry were appointed as our new Factor in December 2022. They were faced with many issues to address due to historic poor management of the building by the previous Factor. They’ve turned the building round in a short space of time. I’m extremely grateful for everything Gary has done so far and would highly recommend them!

Gary Russell and the Sentry team have worked wonders since taking over the factoring out the Plaza Development. Many historical issues have now been resolved and they are working their way to ensuring the the longevity of the development by putting plans and schedules in place for ongoing, short, medium and long term work. Very easy to work with, very pleasant and professional. 4 stars as there us always some room for improvement in every walk of life.
