Gemma valued the house and guided Mum through the whole process with ease, organising the EPC, and sorted all the viewings with a 100% successful conclusion. The ladies in the Heckmondwike branch were wonderful sorting the negotiations, pushing the conveyancing process at every opportunity and were tremendous at every step.
