Our mom was so depressed when her cat died and I really appreciate how smooth everything went when we called this service. They came very quickly and assisted us in everything. What a relief! And highly recommend them!

My beloved cat passed away 10 days ago after 18 years together, they came to take her away, they were very understanding and caring. the ashes came back in a nice urn with her name on it.

This was my first time using this company, and the whole experience was smooth & handled with care. Our beloved pet was collected from our home within little over an hour from making the initial phone call, with his ashes being returned to me within the time specified. I felt that staff showed kindness, empathy and were extremely professional in their care of myself and my pet from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service. They substantially eased the stress of the loss we had just suffered.

Unfortunately our boy got very sick and he had to be put to sleep. I found mobile pets crematory on Google and I can say that they are amazing. From taking our boy to cremation, taking care of every detail until he came back home. I cannot thank you enough! Highly recommended!!

2nd time using mobile pet’s service. Mobile pet is truly animal lovers and is a honest company. My experience with them is excellent. They are very professional and respectful when handling the deceased. Special thanks to Alvin who is always very responsive, Ah Chai who came to collect our pet’s body.. Mr Lim and Mani who helped us with the cremation details. I bought a paw-print package with them and it’s done very beautifully as a keepsake. Flowers and decorations are provided by mobile pets.. this time the paw print even came with a box, photo of my dog on top of it.. they even print another photo for us to remember our beloved dog. Thank you to the mobile pet team for providing such excellent service, it’s very comforting for us. Keep up the good work!

I am very grateful for your services. I don't know what to do without your services. The guy came, he is nice and I want to thank him. After 11 years of friendship, I lost my dog. I was sad and crying I couldn't talk properly to the guy who came to collect her body. We signed the papers, gave all the information. And before he leaves, he asks the question, Are you ready? (this question means goodbye) and I start to cry and I can't say a word, but now I can write the answer to this question. No. You will never be ready for it. Because it is so hard and painful. I think only those who truly love and respect pets will understand this. Thank you very much again.

The booking collection was nice and simple and my fluffy friend was collected within 90 minutes by Imre who was friendly and handled things respectfully seeing I was clearly upset. I will definitely be recommending to others and using again when the time comes. Thanks
