Went to the upper crest on platform 12 on Monday. I ordered a baguette and a mocha. Avinash made me a great mocha and even suggested me to get a raisin croissant. A calm and excellent service by him.

Went to this small kiosk on platform 12 and was in a rush to catch a train. Avinash served me with absolute urgency and made me a really hot chocolate, the way i like it. He suggested ne a baguette, and took care of the big rush behind me by using both the counters. Top class guy.

Upper Crust Birmingham New Street Kiosk unfortunately had no Earl Grey Tea available. However, Anil made up for having nothing available with his excellent, polite and courteous customer service. Thank you Anil! (I had instead the tastefully light, preservative free, and made with real Italian Lemons: Sanpellegrino Limonata, which, in truth, was much better than naught).

Shoutout to the lovely Anita who made my day by letting me collect my too good to go order 2 minutes after collection was due to have ended, serving me with a smile and even letting me choose a delicious almond croissant. She brightened my day in amongst the stress of late trains - thank you!

Her dedication and friendly demeanor were commendable. She greeted me with a warm smile, actively listened to my order and made helpful recommendations. She displayed an impressive understanding of the menu. She confidently answered my questions, provided detailed explanations of different beverage options and even offered personalized suggestions based on my preferences.

Normally I don't complain! But Shakeel the server was awful! First off serving me while having head phones in! Had no customer service in her at all! Rude no please, no thank you absolutely nothing! Asked for a receipt, I forgot about it she literally stood with the reciet in her hand never called for me or anything. What an absolute disgrace to a company!!!
