Sales staff very helpful without being pushy. I was given a fair price for my part exchange and so far ( 4 weeks - after warranty has expired) am delighted with my purchase.

Brilliant Service, took our Autistic Son to look at a potential first car for him. The guys at A&B were superb, left us alone and gave our son time to look at the car quietly. So impressed bought it straight away! Car had service and MOT before collection, they did find an issue with the Parking Sensors, kept us informed and although we could not collect on the agreed day this was fine as they did not want the car to leave until they were happy with it. Now that is great service. Once ready they even delivered it to us. Thank you guys.

Purchased a 2015 Mazda 6 car and have had nothing problems. Firstly one of the turbo's packed up and then 3 months later the crank shaft had to be replaced, so virtually a new engine rebuild. AB Car Sales after sales were shocking and didn't want to know one the vehicle was driven off their forecourt. Never again!

I first came into contact with A B Cars in earlier this year when they had a beautiful, low milage, 2018 Suzuki Swift Sport for sale. I phoned the garage and arranged to look at the car the same day. Rhys was fantastic, giving me the keys and allowing me to inspect every inch of the car and take it out for a test drive. I part exchanged my old car too, which they gave me a fair price for, and I put my deposit down same day.The car was arranged to be delivered to me just 2 days after my purchase, but unfortunately had some complications- not to the fault of A B Car Sales in any way. During the time I was waiting for my vehicle, the aftercare experience was second to none. John kept me up to date in every step of the process and couldn’t be more apologetic about the situation (despite it not being his fault!).When I got my vehicle, it had been valeted, had a bottle of wine on the seat and half a tank of fuel waiting for me. 10/10 recommend the garage and the lovely people running/ working at A B Cars. It would be a delight to use them again!

Drove to Barry in September from Cornwall, to part exchange my car for a mini, pretty much as described, few wear and tears, but lovely little car, so far so good, even nearly a full tank of petrol - sales manager was lovely and we arranged the car tax there and then, all in all, good experience, except for the wind on the bridge :)))))

These guys don't surprise you with any extras done without permission. Very reliable team with high quality work. I've used them from MOT and regular service and repair work. I'll continue to give them my business. Thank you

Would not recommend AB car sales, purchased a Fiat 500 from them less than a year ago, they informed me a new gear box had been installed before hand which was a lie, as just less than a year later I am having to replace the gear box and clutch. Also oil pump has to be changed, basically a shambles. I would avoid.

Can't fault these guys, they drove chosen car down to my house for me to test drive as had no transport. Fantastic overall experience, from start to finish, would highly recommend .
