Terrible experience waited 20 minutes, staff mandy and the blonde manager at the time had messed up orders giving incorrect amounts, then she was telling one of the staff to put her hat and then they where arguing, got to the till to pay only for them not to have the card machine connected correctly. After a further 10 minutes of waiting she said its cash only I said I didn't have it, only for mandy to be very rude towards me.By far the worst experience from any subway and to make matters worse I had my partner waiting with my baby that was getting distressed.

Very slow, they only had 2 people working at the time and the line was outside of the restaurant and when I finally got my sub, I opened it up to a mess of everything thrown on it and when I took a bite out of it, it all just fell apart and it always seems to be only this subway. Don't get me wrong the staff there are nice but there presentation and slowness is what brings them down!

Visited this very small restaurant with family for a quick lunch, all meals were adequate apart from meat balls had been allowed to dry out or over cook, really didn't enjoy my sandwich.Major negative at the this outlet was seating is so inadequate, 10 tables in a 5 ft square area, we sat on a table nearest the queue but to get out we had to squeeze past other people eating they're food. We literally had to brush past the table to be able to get out.

Dreadful experience.....Staff were preparing delivery orders and arguing between their selves about them. One lass seemed to be getting picked on/bullied sadly.BMT wasn't properly made and took forever to be made.Was in a rush on a work trip and thankfully will never have to go to this place again.Dire

Positives: In a great space where there is plenty of shopping and activities making it a good space to stop and grab a quick bite. A good alternative to all the restaurants around that are of course more expensive.Negatives: They often don't have select ingredients (from my experience) and the seating is absent due to Covid-19 but even when it wasn't the seating wasn't all that great and cleanliness was below expected but not awful.

Amanda was extremely rude and accused us of lying about missing food. We called them to try and receive our missing items but she told us to contact just eat as she didn’t want to do anything about it. Rude and disgusting customer service from her!

Didn't get chance to get any food after seeing them handle meat then the full blocks of cheese slices. Was really off putting for someone who doesn't eat meat as they did not change gloves when going to make my sandwich so we cancelled the order and walked out.
