Not helpful still haven't been able to talk to anyone

Absolutely disgusting telling me not being able to use my sink and washing machine with 2 small children isn't an emergency having to wait 7 days after reporting

DO NOT GET A HOUSE THROUGH THEM. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The house was stinking and full of damp for starters. I lasted just under a year before i moved into private renting and ill never go back. You do not live independently as they are constantly sending people to the house to do different things without telling you first.- They changed my electricity and gas supplier to a more expensive one.- They told the council i had moved out when i hadn't- They told my water company i had moved out when i hadn'tWhen i moved out i owed 31 pounds which they threatened to take me to court for and wrote a letter to my mum in her name demanding money although it had nothing to do with her! Just because she was on my emergency contact list! (I call that invasion of privacy)I set up a 5 pounds direct debit for them to get the money back each week which they CARRIED ON TAKING EVEN AFTER THEY HAD THEIR MONEY BACK!I had to go to their stinking office to fill out forms to get my money back and took HALF AN HOUR to print the forms off so i left without them and phoned the office and spoke to a lady called AMANDA who was so rude i cant even describe, she hung up the phone on me!Spoke to the manager over the phone! explained how long they took to get the forms and made me wait! and told her how rude her staff are and she basically didnt say anything! So in other words she thinks its appropriate to speak to people as if we are dirt!The people who work there have their heads so far up their behinds, and im unsure as to why as they work behind a desk probably for minimum wage not even knowing how to do a job! makes me laugh!So dont get a property via them unless u want a stinking house supplied by people with stinking attitude!!!SENDING MY FORMS BACK TODAY FOR MY MONEY SO ILL BE EXPECTING MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT NEXT WEEK! If not ill be threatening you for it like you did to me!makes me laugh theres a sign on the wall saying ANY INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOURE TOWARDS STAFF AND YOU WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING, well what about the staffs behavior towards clients????NO people skills!

Basically they will get parking wardens where you live refuse to give you a permit, ignore your call, emails and complaints logs that you can send on their website…. now me and my neighbours are in serious debt, I owe over £2000 worth of parking fines in one month! The parking company says it down to family housing to give a permit and family housing ignore you. It’s like they want to make the poor even more poor. None of the tenants want parking wardens we can’t have visitors or even our own permit to park our own cars. The company thrives off pushing people in to more debt until it’s unbearable. I work so hard to keep a roof over my head yet this company just makes Tennant’s lives difficult, it’s affected my social interactions, my well-being and mental health. Stay away full of amateurs. If the media want to do a story on this please contact me I have proof of all emails sent since my calls have been ignored I also took the parking company to a independent complaints and I still have no permit sent to me and occurring debt.

I've never known a housing association to be so so very slow with getting repairs done and fixed. Not days or a couple of weeks but be prepared to wait many many months. When I was with coastal housing they were amazing if you had any repairs they would be fixed within two weeks max with no excuses. Since the middle of last year I'm still waiting for my kitchen window to be replaced

Extremely awful as keep getting recharged after 2008 as had supplied crime reference number. After charging there name they still presuming that the get paid twice as do know certainty of supplying crime reference Number on both occasions.Though after first 12 months living out of daily police presence we’d gotten moved to Ty Horeb within 2 years it’s becoming impossible to remain inside due to nature of this place bathroom hasn’t any ventilation or window openings. Basically won’t see these awful building flaws unless it’s pre 2002 simply not fit for purpose with foundation sinking into st David Church . Certainly not fit for 2 people never mind 1 was better quality of building though what’s with all these 7 doors on 1 bedroom flat messing 42 Sq meters including bedrooms kitchen, Two seat sofa in tiny living area £500 a week it’s just not good enough especially as bees tennant from 2007 December . Till December 2023 hopefully we’re out of Swansea as simply unaffordable especially when there’s nothing but used furniture left behind as do regret moving had enquired if there’s anything untoward I’d should be aware of .. As that Housing officer should recall as I’d repeated the question 3 different times. October of 2020 though she’d been really helpful getting our furniture moved..

Can't complain about repairs, always fixed quickly. HOWEVER the way me and my neighbours live is HORRIFIC. We are in a site of 50 years old older. Some of the most vulnerable residents, elderly and in poor health. The storage heaters and hot water system is decades old, horrifically expensive to run. Can't blame Caredig for the energy crisis, I'm talking before the crisis. I have a meter telling me how much electricity costs.I spent last winter without heating or hot water. Using the electric shower to wash up.I thought it was just me worrying about bills but after speaking to my neighbours, they don't use the completely outdated heating and hot water system. The complete opposite of environmental friendly. My neighbours and I use a plug in heater and boil kettles to wash up and wash our hands. This is a totally unacceptable way for the elderly, some seriously ill to live in 2022.The wind howls through the windows, blowing the blinds. SHOCKING to me. Taking Caredig to Ombudsman for Wales for me and my neighbours who can't fight.

I act as carer for a lady who was one of the first residents of exchange court. Caredig have slowly been moving people out , rehousing them . The lady i care for was lied to . Told she wouldn't have to move . Now its all changed , she has to move . Caredig offered her bottom of wind st or high street . We are at the point of asking for solicitors advice . Disgusting.

The staff are very rude , I only wanted to set my direct debit back up that they cancelled, only to be told that they want more money for the next 2 months to put me more into credit , because I refused the housing officer was not a happy lady , if I was in arrears I would understand , Caredig named as they care need to start caring
