Active Recovery - Soft Tissue Therapy
I previously visited Nikki regarding an ankle injury and more recently with a trapped nerve in my neck causing me great pain and limiting my ability to move my head. On both occasions she provided me with a relaxing treatment to alleviate the initial pain and followed up with a detailed exercise plan (with accompanying videos) to both strengthen and encourage mobility. With Nikki’s knowledge, care and advice, I strongly recommend her services to anyone else either struggling with pain or looking for an incredible sports massage to coincide with their fitness regime.

Active Recovery - Soft Tissue Therapy
Having had difficulties with my hip since childhood and numerous sessions with physiotherapists, I recently had a consultation with Active Recovery. Nikki was able to identify long-standing weakness and referred pain. I was provided with an exercise plan, which has really helped. Some of the exercises are subtle but effective. Nikki was genuinely interested in helping me and very supportive. The whole process felt collaborative. I would highly recommend Active Recovery.

Active Recovery - Soft Tissue Therapy
I visited Nikki recently regarding some neck and upper back pain I was experiencing, and in two sessions she has helped so much, I am so grateful. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The massages, stretches, and exercises have made such a difference and helped to melt away the tension and increase my range of movement again. Nikki has given me preventative and strengthening exercises to do, and I will not hesitate to book in with her again in the future

Active Recovery - Soft Tissue Therapy
Was very impressed with the massage Nikki gave me. I have been in a lot of pain with my shoulder for the last three months. I have had another person give me three massages without any success.Nikki was very thorough and also asked me lots of questions to make sure she was targeting the right area.Since the massage I have not been in any more pain and can actually get a good night sleep.I would highly recommend Nikki.

I’ve visited Nikki on a number of occasions - initially to relieve migraines and tension in my neck due to long days sitting at desk, and more recently due to a running injury which was affecting my hip area. She is always very professional, good at listening and in all cases has resolved the pain. I’d highly recommend her.

I contacted Nikki with regard to an ankle injury. She undertook a full and detailed medical history and assessment to determine the treatment required.She demonstrated the exercises required to enable me to mobilise and strengthen my ankle. Nikki ensured that I was able to undertake them all correctly . This was followed up by an email detailing the exercises and also links to videos of the exercises for reference.I would thoroughly recommend Nikki , she was professional, very knowledgeable , approachable and friendly and provided great care and advice.

I have suffered for a few years now with back and shoulder trouble and have never really been able to get to the bottom of it.I have now seen Nikki over the last few months I’m amazed at the difference I now feel, she is the first person to really listen and then deliver the results needed. Would highly recommend a consultation with her if you have any body pains.

Nikki has been treating me for a painful arm/ shoulder recently, also she has given me relevant exercises to do at home in-between therapy sessions. I have found her services excellent and would recommend to anyone.
