Ashtons have been incredible helping with the probate sale of our Mum's house. It hasn't been an easy journey at all. Special mention to Sarah who was a rock throughout. Highly recommended.

We recently sold our property and bought a new build through Ashtons, Acomb. We initially dealt with Jade who arranged for us to view the show home and she came to our property to talk us through the selling process and she was fantastic. When the house went on the market we had viewings straight away and many of them so we felt hopeful. We did feel that the right agent wasn’t conducting the viewings after the first few weeks….then Amy stepped in and what a difference she made!! She was fantastic and sold our house in no time and she was always happy to feedback on viewings. We had a massive delay in our new build being ready and the date kept moving and she kept in touch all the time and I believe that Amy is one of the reasons our buyers didn’t drop out as she was constantly updating them and reassuring them. Amy is a real credit to Ashtons and if she says she will look into something for you….she does! Anytime I called or emailed nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend requesting her if you’re buying or moving! Ashtons as a whole were great and the team at the Acomb branch are fantastic namely Jade and Amy! If we ever decide to move again we will definitely choose Ashtons. My wife and I bought our first house with Ashton's Acomb and we're absolutely delighted with the service. From the prompt response and the booking of 4 viewing appointments in one day because we were living in Manchester, to the regular updates and little box of Yorkshire treats upon completion. I used Ashtons to rent my mother’s house out when she went into a nursing home and then to sell it when she passed away. In both cases all of the staff were professional, approachable and reliable. The reports they sent of the rental inspections were very thorough and when the house was on the market they set up lots of viewings and gave me detailed feedback each time. I would highly recommend them, particularly Sarah Stewart who is a consummate professional.

Never had to chase anything as they were always on top of what needed to be done and always kept us in the loop.
