I recently visited Costa Coffee - Bulwell and was impressed by the overall experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and ambient lighting. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee, which was evident in the quality of the drinks they served.I ordered a mocha and was pleasantly surprised by the rich and indulgent taste. The espresso was perfectly extracted, and the chocolate was decadent, creating a perfect balance of flavors. I also tried a few of their pastries, which were freshly baked and delicious.The prices were reasonable for the quality of the coffee and food, and the service was prompt and efficient. The shop was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall enjoyable experience.Overall, I highly recommend Costa Coffee to any coffee lover looking for a cozy and inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and excellent coffee and pastries. It's definitely worth a visit, and I plan on returning myself soon!

Mine and my mums car had broken down and the staff were incredibly kind and caring offering us to sit in and use the bathroom for as long as needed and when needed. A lovely atmosphere and staff

Store is always very clean. All the staff are really attentive and personable.Usually quiet busy but usually a table available. WiFi and signal is weak the further back you sit.
