I have been in my property almost 8 years and never had a issue with Hull 2 lets.I have recently had a gas safety check and my boiler was unsuitable for use and had to be shut down with immediate effect. Not ideal I know but Jo was on the ball straight away.With Jo's quick acting I have only been without a boiler 3 days.Amazing service thanks Jo.

This is the best letting agent in the whole of Hull. The help they gave to us, I would say they are angels in disguise. They respond to calls timely and sort house repairs as and when due.

Fantastic service from Jo at Hull2Let. Living remotely to my rental property, I had a major problem with my tenant, and was struggling to know which way to turn. I'm so, so pleased & relieved to have found you guys! Such a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I've used a few different letting agents in Hull over the last few years and Hull2Let is far and above the best. Jo was incredibly efficient – we went from our first chat to move in day within 3 weeks (including having the garden sorted, a failed (then remedied) EICR and more). I was out of the country for the duration and always felt like everything was in superb hands. Great tenants, happy landlord, would highly recommend and use again!
