Halfords Autocentre Watford

Quick service.. had booked an appointment for tire replacement. Everything was timely operated I got rear tires replaced in 15 minutes.

Worse than useless. I arrived for my pre booked appointment on time was told I would have to wait 45 minutes before they can start the job 4 x new tyres, I left the car with them then received a call saying they would have to clean the rims and seal it (which in many other tyre centres is within the fitting fee) they demanded an additional £30, at that point I told them to put it back together and I would collect my car and have a refund. I've since then took my car elsewhere and sealing etc was all in the fitting fee. The picture provided is of one of the rims that the autocenter says needs dramatic cleaning and sealing

2nd time I've used this place. Best prices and good service. Recommended!

Great service as always, the only place I take my cars too now. I have my MOT with them in a few days and have no worries they will treat my car with respect.

I had a new battery fitted £172 later . I noticed engine light was on next day took my car back to halfords a young lad had a quick look he said he could find anything wrong so took it there garage told to make appointment or try again later. In the end a friend came round halfords had NOT connected the lead to the airflow system. I will NOTbe back.

Had my MOT here.Booked online. Simple enough booking system.Dropped of my car in the morning. Got a call later in the day to pick up. Smooth process from start to finish.No issues with the car or with the service I received.Mechanics were polite, knowledgable and explained all was good and well and offered some advice on maintaining the car etc.Very happy. Have recommended to a friend who also liked the service they got here.Will be coming here again.

Carlos was amazing and helped me so much. I am now a member of the club, and I couldn't be more grateful to Halfords for their excellent service! The assistant on the till counter was super friendly and helpful as well, unfortunately I don't remember her name. Well done, Halfords! In a world of often poor service, you stand head and shoulders with the best!

We’d originally booked to have our brakes done with quick fit in Watford but they couldn’t have been more rude and more unhelpful so we cancelled the job and took our business elsewhere. We called Halfords Auto Watford and they managed to fit us in next day and I have to say the customer service was excellent. So friendly, so professional and they just made everything easy. The brakes were changed in a matter of hours, price was great - would highly recommend!
