Rob came the day after I called to eradicate a wasps nest, which wasn't easily accessible next to the chimney on our roof. He quickly found a way to source the nest and the job was done within minutes. Lovely friendly service which we will definite use again should we have another wasp issue in the future.

Theres a reason Yor pest control has all 5* reviews. I can’t express how impressed I am with Rob. I’ve used a pest control company for two years for mice and just when I think we’ve sorted the issue another pops up. This is because they would come and bait but never help us actually find the access point - Not being professionals we weren't sure what to look for outside and as far as we could tell there was no external holes.After hearing a scratching noise late at night the next morning I called Rob who came 4 hours later and within 10 minutes he identified a burrow and dug to find the hole. He then had various solutions going forward to make sure we don’t trap anything inside after sealing and has made a follow up appointment.Basically he did in less than half an hour what a big corporate pest control company couldn’t do and was so reasonably priced.Can’t recommend Rob enough.

Dropped Yor-pest an email one evening, and Rob was on the doorstep at 10:00am the following morning to deal with our wasps nest. Personable and knowledgeable. Would happliy recommend and use again.

Rob came out to deal with some very angry wasps today that had got into the cavity wall at the bottom of a upstairs bedroom window outside.I called him this morning, he said would be there early afternoon which he was. Treated & sealed the hole & explained the wasps would try to get back in though would disperse by teatime which has been the case. Great service & would use again if needed. I called on a Bank holiday . Rob was at my home within 10 minutes. Gave advice on what I can do. As he only gave me his professional opinion on this occasion regarding squirrels. He did not even charge me a call out fee. Excellent service .
