Standard co-op but not the best, it doesn't have much of a varity like extra mature cheese for example benson people don't seem to like it.The sheveles are always half empty don't bother coming here for a cold drink you'll be lucky to get one.Not once have I ever seen the drinks fridge fully stocked.Take the extra 10 or 15 minutes and go to woodcotes co-op

This shop NEVER answers the phone when you call to make an enquiry.I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the service and the fact that I have to drive from a Military base to see if they have what I need because they are too lazy leaves me to no option but to start using Waitrose!I am not alone in my thoughts and a shop that could benefit from having a Military base up the road is losing customers slowly but surely.The queues are very long and staff are slow. Not always helpful or polite.

One of the trolleys has a bent handle and another is full of rubbise - has been like this for weeks, portable display stands blocking access to some of the checkouts - come on guys, get a grip.... :)

Shelves always look empty and yet there are constantly cages littering the gangways. I try to avoid at weekends you have to hunt for a basket and the shelves are at there worst. Not big enough for the growing village and amount of passing through traffic

Benson Coop used to be really good before the pandemic. Ever since it is poorly managed, dreadfully stocked, empty shelves, feels dirty and not a place I shop out of choice . Why? Get your act together Coop Management. You are serving a growing village and don’t deserve the business on current levels of service

The young lad spiky hair rude no manners at all physically chucks your change at you every time he serves me I very loudly say THANKYOU MANNERS COST NOTHING think he needs a refresher on customer service rest of staff r lovely tho xx
