Service is very hit and miss. I ordered on one occasion and the order came within days. Then the next order took about 6 weeks to get sort. One real problem I found is when something is wrong with the order / faulty item - it's hard work to get it resolved. Lots of phone calls needed as they don't answer emails. It's a shame, if they just improved on their customer service they would be a fantastic supplier. They could very easily sort this by simply improving their communications. Although it really needs a specialist help them.

I've ordered twice from C.A.K Tanks and both orders were delivered faster than expected, lead time was 6-8 weeks, orders arrived within 4 weeks. Excellent email support, with very prompt replies. I think the tanks are excellent quality and represent very good value for money. I would definately buy from these guys again.

Called this place for some caravan plumbing kit and was told they had them in stock. Drove 12 miles only to be told they didn't have what I wanted after all. Staff member didn't appear too keen to be any help at all. Not best pleased.

I Waited for months for a thermocouple; when I chased them up they offered a refund!I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT A THERMOCOUPLE!What a complete and utter waste of my time and money.You shouldn’t advertise things for sale if you are incapable of carrying out the contract. You should stock the product and not rely on DOMETIC!

Customer service? Dont answer phones, i leave messages- no replies. Take orders online but you find out later there is a 7 week delay.Not a good way to run a business.Trying to get refund but suprise suprise, no answer on phone call.Avoid if possible.

Absolutely brilliant service. In the process of building a camper van and needed two water tanks. Called up and asked would it be possible to pick up the next day as I was passing by due to work. Not a problem at all I was told and the next day they were ready for collection. Whilst picking them up I got talking to the guy who was serving me (didn't catch his name) and he gave me some great advice regarding the most suitable water pump and water pipes to buy. A great chap and great service all round. Couldn't recommend them enough. Will be buying the rest of the kit that I need through here too.

Ordered tank water couplings on eBay ( fast delivery) but come in incomplete ( it happens) :(Spoke to gentleman over phone about missing items and that missing parts will send by post. Parts arrived next day :)Excellent customer service 5* Will use again/ recommend.

terrible service, unable to deliver items that they claim are in stock, week+ turnaround to any emails, and they never answer the phone. Eventually they agreed to refund after 2 months, because they couldnt provide the item, and even that took nearly 2 weeks. Dont use them!!!
