Have attempted to have a three piece suit dry cleaned at this branch on teo separate occasions. The first time I waited and waited and wasnt acknowledged, the second time the young person was extremley unhelpful (and uninterested) in my request stating I could wash the suit myself?? I left and took it elsewhere where they didnt quibble about my request. Person named needs to go on a customer service course and try to be at least interested in their work (even though they’re clearly bored). Not even a basic service. Go elsewhere!

I dropped my tux off to get cleaned and pressed. I go back to pick it up and even though I gave them the ticket to my tux they couldn't find my shirt. They were pretty unorganised and I felt I was lucky not to lose my shirt.

I dropped off a bag of laundry here and it was washed, folded and ready to go the next day at a reasonable price. Pleasant service and convenient central location next to M&S Food Hall with plenty of parking.
