Robin was amazing from initial contact through to completion of the job. He gave a thorough and in-depth assessment of our trees and is clearly extremely knowledgeable. I wish I could write a review as seen below but my experience with this firm has quite honestly been shocking. Having had a quote back in March for a tree job, Robin incorrectly advised that it wasn't located in a conservation area when it was. When I double checked he agreed to submit a request to the council to do the tree work as I felt it was better coming from him as the expert, the lead time for which is 6-8 weeks. Having heard nothing I contacted Robin in May for an update. He advised that he hadn't heard back from the council and would chase. This was the last time I was able to get hold of him. Numerous emails and voice messages left with no response. I then asked my husband to chase him, one call and he picked up and advised he'd call back shortly. Guess what? He never did and to add insult to injury I called the council to check on the application he'd made only to find out that he hadn't made one. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy firm then this isn't one! Very disappointing.Unfortunately I had to leave one star to post the review when really I'd give them zero.

I have used Robin on numerous occasions and he always provides an extremely efficient and friendly service. Extremely competitive cost too and I cannot recommend highly enough.

Robin and his team were brilliant we had a number of mature trees which needed pollarding and taking down and they did this swiftly and efficiently. Robin advised me on a couple when he came to quote and they were happy to help with an extra tree, I would highly recommend Robin and his team.
