Visited due to relative recommendation as bicycle needed a repair as not used for a number of years. I was expecting to leave the bicycle overnight however a new tube and a general check on the bike was completed quickly and the bike was good to go. Thoroughly satisfied and will visit again if needed. Thank you

Took 3 bikes here, 2 were servicing and 1 was to fix a new bike for My daughter. Real genuine people, money you can’t argue with and do a proper job!

Very good service and honest bloke. Came in for a tyre change, but was informed just tube needed changing. Also, misheard £2.50 for £20 labour - charged me £2.50 and didn't take advantage of my bad hearing. Bless him and his Business.

I ordered a pair of mudguards for my old Raleigh activator which is 26 years old,. he got me the nearest match to fit, he even tightened the pedal crank for me for free as it was rocking about,. he could have easily said it needed replacing but he didn't, which goes to show that he's honest and he won't rip you off. I am very pleased with the service from Wibsey Cycles and I would recommend this shop to anyone,. I will have no problem taking my bike there again.

Had a big issue with my e-bike as it was front hub motor and it needed new forks. All the other cycle shops dont deal with front hub ebikes and refused to sevice me or wasted my time going there after telling me they will fix it over the phone and refused once i got to their shop. He managed to do so much more than what i even asked, without an extra charge and in a very fast and efficient way. I truly highly recomend him more than any other 'bicycle specialists' places.

Just had my fx2 Trex chain replaced took bike in changed it while I waited absolutely perfect gear change now, And his price's are fare

Great value-for-money same day service. Fixed my bike (brake tuning, handlebar realignment & tyres pumped to correct pressure) and had it road ready at a time that suited me. Will be back again as and when maintenance is required.
