I went to visit Alex with a back injury and within just one session I saw a great deal of improvement. As well as the treatment being excellent I was also impressed with the overall experience from the booking process to the session itself, Alex put me at ease, was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I booked another session straight away and have recommended him to a friend already. Top marks!

Brilliant getting my first session in with Alex yesterday!As a result of surgery earlier this year i have been experiencing muscular problems in one of my legs and have tried multiple osteopath sessions, but have not made any progress.Alex took time to discuss everything with me and diagnose the problem. He then set about working on the main area of pain and manipulating the muscles that have been the source of the pain. Today I have woken up with an increased range of movement and have been given a series of stretches to keep up with. Finally feel like I'm getting somewhere THANKS ALEX!

Alex is fantastic at what he does and provided a massage different to anything I've had elsewhere. Rather than just relaxing me it restored the problem areas I went in with which sets him apart from others in his field. Alex is the only massage therapist I will now see. The location is cental and easy to access; its a hidden gem tucked inside the Crossfit1066 gym. Highly recommend!!

I booked in with Alex for an hour session with intense forearm/elbow pain, after the session I felt relieved of the pain and I was back to training 2 days later. Magic!

Had my first appt with Alex today and would absolutely recommend. He’s managed to get more movement out of my hip / leg than I’ve had in months. Extremely warm welcome too and made me feel very comfortable.

I'll be honest, I seldom take the time to bother writing reviews but I am making an exception because I was so delighted with my first visit to Alex today. He was in no way intimidating, it was very relaxed and I was totally at ease. He listened to me and despite my terrible descriptions of the type and source of my pain, he understood and totally nailed where it was and explained why it was. Yes, it hurt, but a good hurt, like a this is going to hurt to make you better hurt. And because Alex took the time throughout the treatment to explain everything he was doing it made it easier. I will be going back and I fully recommend Alex.

Alex was recommended as I’ve had a back issue for a while.Alex was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The treatment was thorough and great. It eased the ache in my back far more than I was expecting.His advice on posture and exercises to help it not happening again were really helpful.I’d recommend Alex who has a great set up and is clearly experienced and passionate about his subject. Prices reasonable too.

Alex is a great, professional guy with a brilliant understanding of the human body which shines through in his treatment. I went in with lower back pain brought on over years of bad habits and after the first session I already felt far better than I had done for years; now I am seeing him reguarly to get my back normal again which Alex provides great support with and explains clearly what the problems you're experiencing are, what he'll do to help and what you can do to promote treatment. Go to this man for your physical ailments, you won't regret it.
