Absolute rip off, so called technician came out, switched the machine on and off, spun the drum, told my wife that the machine was no good, but they had one in the shop, £500 for the washer, talking to a friend he came round, found the problem, brushes burnt out, which according to electrofix it didn't have, no wonder they wanted to take the old one away, replace the brushes, good profit on a resale.Great way to treat pensioners, would definitely recommend to stay away

I would highly recommend Electrofix, from start to finish nothing was too much trouble. Needed a new washer for a property I rent, landlord out of the country so a 3 party purchase, with a bit of backwards and forwards communication. Messages were answered promptly even out of hours, helpful and made the purchase so stress free, everybody involved were friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Great little company can’t praise these guys enough fast friendly repair at competitive prices. Fast estimates and parts ordered and fitted on the date advised they even gave me back the old parts to show what they fitted. To top it if they even carried my repair back to my car for me. 5 Starr service as always these guys deserve the business.

£136 a hour labor said £50 call out fee and we will fix it when we turn up if we can .... Less than 30 mins later one bill for £68 with no parts used hardly a fair and honest price

BRILLIANT PLACEElectrofix was a god send when my daughter with additional needs urgently required a new washer/dryer during lock down. Electrofix took the order over the phone and were able to deliver, install and remove the old one in just a couple of days. They were very professional, courteous and extremely understanding of my daughters requirements especially as I was isolating and could not be there. They even took the packaging !!!Thankyou so much

We just had a cupboard fridge fixed. Very helpful on the phone. Excellent fitter, friendly, professional and nothing too much trouble. Will definitely use them again and and recommend them.
