Top Nails

Over the last few months they have gone down hill to the point I will be going else were from now on. My last appointment one of the new staff did my nails. They burned my nails with the machine, I received a cut on the side from the file and they clipped my natural nails so short that it cut the skin under the nail. He actually kept laughing when I mentioned it hurt and jumped out of my seat from the pain.Very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Once I got home and really looked at them they were awful. For £40 the quality was not there. It genuinely looked as if I bought a cheap packet of nails from the £1 shop and stuck them on myself but put the wrong sizes on a few of my nails. Some where longer than others, the shape was awful, they painted them terrible that you could see streaks and they didn't feel they were on properly. Well I went back for the first time ever to complain and was fobbed off. Felt I made something out of nothing an actually had to pay to have them ‘fixed’ (new colour & re- shaped). Few days later the main nail I felt wasn't on properly has cracked on the side and lifted up because there wasn't enough nail glue to start with. Its a shame because they use to be good but now feels they just want the £££ and dont care about quality.

I booked an appointment over the phone for my nails to be taken off and a new set put on! When I came to my appointment I was told no, and that they didn’t have enough time so they would just give me an infill. I told them I had booked and he still continued to say no they didn’t have enough time! My appointment was at 13:15? So I wasn’t the last appointment of the day! When the man was filling my nails with the electric file my nails were burning where he simply wasn’t paying attention and just rushing! I then asked for a simple design in my chosen colour from the colours on display and was told no they don’t have that colour, when asked for a French manicure I was also told no again because again they didn’t have the colour! I’m not one to complain ever! But I feel they just didn’t care, and wanted me out of the salon! I have visited around 5 times before and haven’t had any issues but after today I won’t be visiting again!

Went for a walk in appointment, my original acrylics were in a decent condition, however I needed infills. After ruining my nails by filing them down with the machine, I was told they couldn't do infills which I argued. I was told full set or take off. I asked for take off as I already didn't like the fact they had butchered my nails. They proceeded to peel my nails off with another nail. I argued this as I wanted them soaked off as it would damage my nails however I was still charged for the service". This morning

I went for a gel manicure. Was told that it would cost £25. When I went to pay they told me it was £30. They told me I'd had a luxury manicure. My nails are nicely painted but there was nothing luxury about the experience. Started 15 minutes late, no hand cream or massage. Didn't even soak my nails. Really disappointed.

Booked an appointment for 2.30 for infils and colour change and had to wait till 14.55 to be seen, even thou 2 weeks ago when I had booked an appointment for 2 of us for 1 o'clock and my mum was late by 15 minutes they refused to see her because they were busy yet they made me wait today! Apart from that quite happy with my nails.

My daughter phoned this morning for two appointments, pedicure and manicure was quoted £38, and a pedicure for myself for £25. They had started the treatment before saying the charges were more! Then charges were added but by bit. My daughter was being charged £53 and I £30 The actual treatments were not up to standard lumpy polish and covered not only nail but skin when pointed this out was told it would wash off would have expected better. Was not prepared to acknowledge that they shouldn't display old price lists and charge more.

Amazing service. Very friendly. And they always do my nails amazing! Highly recommended!!!
