Kyle has done lots of work for us on a house renovation. Kyle does an excellent job and makes sure that the work is not only safe and done in the right way but gives really good advice. The finished look is great and Kyle was a pleasure to have working in the house. Highly recommended.

Kyle has done plastering on staircase and moving sockets electrics etc.Like his last job the standard of his work is excellent and nothing is too much trouble.Would recommend him to family friends and anyone I know.Out of all the plasterers we have had he is far and above the best one for attention to detail and getting everything right .

We contacted KM Property Services to arrange for our downstairs Artex ceilings to be skimmed and light fittings replaced. Kyle was very responsive and provided a fair quote, completing the work to a high standard with minimal mess. A really friendly guy who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Contacted Kyle for a quote on repairing some old plaster which was coming off in a house we had just bought ... Kyle sorted it all for us, very hard working, friendly, accommodating and went out of his way to ensure our room was finished on time. Highly recommend, have already recommended to others and will definitely use again for our next new home project! Thank you for all your time and hard work.

No hesitation in recommending Kyle to family and friends. Kyle has made a brilliant job of plastering, including the boxing in of some heating pipes. Very tidy while he works and, cleaned up well afterwards. Would certainly use again.

Found Kyle though Friend, he visited the property to give a quote and found him to be very pleasant , agreed quote and fixed appointment.He turned up on time and did the job keeping the whole house clean while he carried out the conversion.He listens to your requests for the job and gives you options and recomendations.The job came in exactly on qoute and we highly recommend him .Thanks Jen and Ken Bunting.
