Chris was excellent, returned my message within 24hrs, he visited me at home and removed my very stubborn wax blocked left ear within an hour. He was very professional and talked through the whole process before beginning, he gave me some good advise on ear care and suggested some good products to use. 10/10

Chris was excellent. He was able to do a home visit within 24 hours of the call. When he arrived, he gave me tips for good ear care, and made me feel at ease throughout the microsuction. He was patient, professional and thorough. You can tell he cares about his job and about making sure you get the best treatment. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

Chris visited me when I was in urgent need with a deaf ear.I was immediately relaxed when he walked through my door ,. His cheery , animated disposition was charming and he made the entire time here with me a real pleasure as well as doing a great remedy on my ear.I would recommend anyone to call Chris for treatment. I'm someone who has suffered from blocked ears on numerous occasions. I've had irrigation and micro-suction in the past to clear blockages. Chris offers a unique service where he will come to you and undertake a review of your ears, deal with any issues, in the comfort of your home or workplace. He's extremely personable, friendly, professional and saw me fast. I cannot recommend more highly. Thanks Chris.

Great service. Couldn't get an appointment quickly locally, but Chris arranged promptly, did anda home visit just before a bank holiday and did a great job. Would recommend.

Chris was extremely efficient, and booked me in for a home visit in less than 24 hours for microsuction. I was so pleased with his service when he arrived. His communication made me feel very safe and comfortbale during the proceedure. I would highly recomend him. Great value for money too. It is nice to have someone so passionate about their job!

I had suffered with deafness in one ear for a while and was slightly nervous about getting the wax removed as I knew it was deep in the ear canal and would possibly hurt to be removed. Chris put me at ease instantly, explaining in depth what he was going to do before he did it. He consistently checked I was okay and not feeling any pain throughout the micro-suctioning. He’s very friendly, professional and passionate about his job. And I noticed a difference in my hearing immediately. Thank you Chris! Would highly recommend.
