Had a good experience at the Bath store. But here I bought some semi-perm dye and was recommended to buy two tubes that cost 24 pound...the most expensive on the shelf. I bought them not wanting to risk my hair being damaged and I feel like I got scammed as one was just like a conditioner essentially. Used them together and they did barely anything to my hair. Not coming back here, certainly seems staff only recommend you to buy the most expensive product, which is not ideal as a student. Also looked at my hair and made a comment asking if i was going to put it on 'that.' Help me, don't belittle me and recommend product for high sales only, never telling anyone to come here again.

Turned up at 5.29 on Friday it was all locked up website says 6.00 closing . Knock door staff said closed and walked off

they don’t sell any makeup which seems a bit odd, but they have a large range of hair dyes
