Harrow Appliance Repairs
Engineer called and decided the dishwasher needed a new programmer. He promised to get a price for the part. We paid him £45 (this was to include the labour cost of fitting the part). We never heard from him again in spite of reminders. Our impression was that he couldn't be bothered to follow up the repair having pocketed the £45. Thoroughly bad service! Do not use this company.

I called the workman on Monday to schedule a repair for Tuesday. I also called on Tuesday morning to confirm that everything was going ahead as planned. He was supposed to come from 11am 3pm. At 12:30pm he sent me a text (not even a call, just a text to say "sorry can't do". His reason was there he could not find parking for his van
