Terrible customer service. Also poor quality hair extensions.

Hair dye which I was initially after was not in stock and therefore hair stylist advised a different brand that would match the the colour chosen originally on the shade chart (had shown this to the staff member to ensure the colour could be matched in a different brand). Colour was applied to hair and rather than a natural red copper hair has turned out bright orange! Poor advise and money down the drain because of it. Not happy and will not be going back for advice or any products. Will also not be recommending to any other stylists/salon/ individuals.
