As other reviews mention zero stars would be generous. Beyond incompetent agency, unprofessional and completely unresponsive. No answers to emails or multiple daily phone calls.Almost 2 weeks into the tenancy and we still don’t have all keys to the property. Other issues raised from the previous tenancy were completely ignored and remain unresolved.Avoid at all costs.

If i could give 0/5 stars it would not suffice.This company is not worth a second of your time.They are highly unprofessional and lack communication.This company is very money hungry.As soon my friends and i paid them some sort of money they immediately became a mistake.They do not respond or return missed calls or emails. Even when you manage to get through to them they are of no help to any issue you have.Their tenant/landlord portal does not work and has not been working making it impossible to complete your application process.They lack the basic qualities that one would expect from a letting agency.Once again i suggest you look elsewhere if you want to rent property especially if you are a student.Everything about the company is just poor!

THE WORST letting agency. They do not communicate well within the company as I have to explain issues multiple times to the agency yet no one has any solutions to the problem. Me and the tenants have lost money with this letting agency so I would not recommend it to anyone since they do not care for the well being of their tenants.STUDENTS STAY WARY OF THIS AGENCY.

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would.STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.. They are catered towards landlord's and help them rip off students..My Sons previous landlord refused to hand over £2000 deposit for 4 student's which left them without a deposit for next property after leaving his property.The contract for a 5 house share was not changed to a 4 share which was the responsibility of Interletz to redo and as a result the holding company for the deposit as favoured the greedy landlord and the incompetence of Interletz..Mark does not return calls so renters be aware.....very disappointed...

Absolute trash. Been out of the house for a year now and still get pestered regularly. Told us not to pay a fee due to a clerical error and then got an e-mail threatening legal action. They are jokers, nothing is urgent to them, your house could burn to the ground and they would respond 2 months later!AVOID!!!

As many others say, one star feels very generous. Let me give you a quick example of a conversation i had with Interletz when i moved into my uni house for second year to find no fridge: yes i remember checking your houses' inventory and thought it was a bit weird that there was no fridge". And when chasing this company (i really mean chasing) for any repairs or issues

Avoid at all cost. The most unprofessional company, stealing money and good luck communicating them, they don't answer phone calls or emails. Giving a star to then is a joke, deserve nothing. Go anywhere else, you'll be doing yourself a massive favour.

Stay away! The worst letting agency in area. At first we couldn’t move in to our flat on the agreed date because the previous tenant didn’t feel like moving out. We were left on ice until they decided to accommodate us in a different much smaller flat for 3 months until the other tenant has moved out from our flat that we have been paying for all along. Every payment was done according to their “schedule of payments” but at the end of tenancy when we requested our deposit back they said that we didn’t pay for one month. It was due to the mistake of their staff who updated the payment schedule incorrectly. Furthermore, as you can imagine customer support was non existent. In other words, stay away and find another place.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Our house was renovated and so we moved in with all sorts of problems with it not being complete. We never had a fully accessible garden which was promised as there was a huge hole for pipework in the floor the entire year after asking and asking. A drain pipe literally fell off our building and into our neighbours garden which couldve caused a big accident if someone were there and they never said anything about it. We had a huge leak on the stairs which lead into one of the bedrooms which required a portion if the ceiling to be removed and this was not fixed until the end of the tenancy once we moved out. Had unscheduled viewings with people opening doors on housemates getting changed. Avoid at ALL costs. All positive reviews on this seem to be from landlords, understandably!!
