Steve and his colleague offered a first class service. From the outset the care in measuring, providing a quote, explaining their process and an expected ETA for the install the service was brilliant.The quality of the product and the install are again superb, can't recommend Steve and the business enough. Added to this they are competitive and genuinely care about you as the client and the work they turn out.I'll be back for another gate!

Looked around for a pair of gates to be manufactured and was recommended North West Gates by a friend Steve had previously done work for.Steve helped me with suggestions regarding gate design before quoting and ultimately manufacturing.Very impressed with the quality and assistance Steve gave and would be more than happy to recommend to anyone looking to purchase a pair of custom made gates.

A neighbour of ours had their gates made by Steve at North West gates and recommended him. We were hesitant to commit to the hardwood option due to cost compared with softwood but didn’t regret it. The gates look fantastic and really improve the look of our house. Steve is a real craftsman who really cares about his work and was really helpful in working through the details of what needed to be delivered.

I had gates fitted last week, really good value for money, lovely gates the 2 lads who fitted them where very good at what they do, I would definitely recommend this company.
