You have to use the NCP ParkPass or PayByPhone apps to pay, as they are not accepting card or cash at the moment. Ending up parking in Market Place as free for less than 1hr.

Easy to reach, well located in central Bolton, not very busy but a bit steep at £1.90 for one hour. Takes coins, or pay with mobile app but use the NCP app not Paybyphone so you don't get charged the 40p fee.

Both ticket machines not taking cash. Poxey system to pay by using an app. Luckily a friendly young lady had the app and was able to pay online for us. Not worth the money, especially at night. Having to pay to park just to nip to the bank is robbery. Even disabled have to pay.
