Really helpful lovely lady, I enquired via the facebook page as I had received a gift voucher however misplaced it, I was told that it was no problem and the lady recalled the purchase and even told me how much it was for so was happy to honour it, which alot of shops would say is not possible. I then messaged again asking for two items and they were slightly over the gift voucher price, although happy to pay the difference I was told not to worry about it and the items were also delivered directly to my door the same day. Great customer service and seemed to go above and beyond!
