Easy to order and pay online. Received a phone call the same day asking when I wanted delivery. When it came the delivery man carried it up the garden and put it in the shed for me! I was very impressed.

As a new customer, very bad experience. I drove 20 miles only to get charged double my normal price by the duty manager Ashley as 'we needed stuff for our test panel'. The clue is in the name duh. (More business to follow huh?) Will not be getting done over by this company again. Stay away and use Grant & Stone.

Unfortunately I made a booking during 'these times' which they failed to deliver on the expected day due to not having a driver available.This cost a days leave plus a builder.I then re booked for the following week only to find out they delivered outside my house on a random day while I was at work just in case they didn't have a driver for my expected day.
