The gym itself is really nice done to a high standard. I find with working an office job the opening hours just don’t work. It doesn’t open early enough for me to go before work and closes to early for me after work some days... The weekend opening hours are also ridiculous only open until 2pm on a Sunday!

I received a personal training package as a gift last year and can’t recommend the 225 club enough. I was initially apprehensive as have never been a member of a gym before but the 225 club is such a wonderful place, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere is great! Big thanks to my PT flora

I have personal training at this friendly and well equipped boutique gym. The quality of training is excellent and there is a range of trainers to choose from in order to help you achieve your goals whatever they may be. I'm not the fittest of people but I still feel welcomed at this club and encouraged.

I have been a member here for 2 years. And have found the staff all very professional, and gym facilities brilliant! All I need! I was concerned that it would be too busy for me to use equipment and I have found this not to be the case.I have personal training here once a week. Very professional and has pushed me beyond all my expectations.Thank you !
