Mike recently carried out his annual service of our central heating system and replaced our programmable thermostat as well as servicing our gas coal fire. We have always found Mike and his son Josh reliable, courteous and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. They have looked after our central heating system since he replaced the boiler seven years ago and has also replaced some of our radiators. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Favell arrived Wednesday and our boiler was fixed before Thursday lunchtime. The gentleman that came was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price charged was worth every penny. Highly recommended.

Mike installed a google nest in the property and did a good job. I wanted further work doing, left 4 voicemails and also spoke to a lady in the office so on 5 occasions they never came back to me.

Really helpful and professional company. Respectful of property and people. Replaced my boiler. Competitive quote. Extremely clean and tidy during the removal of my old boiler and install of new one. Good clear instructions on both boiler and the Nest controller I requested. Highly recommended.

What can I say excellent, Mike came out after i called him explaining my boiler had water in the bottom of it. Within days he had ordered a new boiler & arranged to have it fitted by Josh & Lewis. They spent 2 days fitting it & we're polite and friendly from start to finish they cleaned up as they went. Would definitely recommend Favell heating trusted them in my home from start to finish excellent work thank you.

Excellent company to deal with very professional, the quality of the work is second to none. Lewis arrived at the designated time and was a very polite and extremely competent young man. Removed our old oil boiler and installed a new in a day with some assistance for Mike. He left the area spotless and could see that he took pride in his work. A real credit to this great company. I would recommend this company with no hesitations. From quote to installation in less than a week. Thank you Mike and you team for a great job well done.
