I traveled from Crawley and went in to sell my gun today. I had already spoken to Bob on the phone and his mannerism was so positive. When got to shop the pleasure of meeting John and soon after Bob. The welcome was so warm and genuinely friendly. The service I was given was phenomenal and a short visit soon turned into a two & a half visit. The customers that came in were welcomed with a genuine smile and I have to say in all my years of being a shopper and gun buyer I would say I have never had a more pleasent experience. I would thoroughly recommend this shop to Gun buyers as the honesty and knowledge that both Bob and John have is bar none.

Initially cautious greeting from staff - but they don’t know me or if I’m a genuine shooter and they are selling firearms so this approach is warranted. That said if you are a genuine shooter you are greeted by Incredibly helpful and knowledgable staff who are passionate about what they sell.

what started off as an okay experience ended not so positively. very little value placed in customers and backbiting isn't a great reflection on persons who engage in it. wouldn't recommend. prices are nothing special, service could do with a lot of polishing.

I visited today as a novice air gunner after scope mounts and received plenty of helpful and friendly advice plus the parts Irequired to get me going. Highly recommended.

John’s the man with the plan 5 star service and the owner of the business is a very down to earth man we need more people like them. They’ll show you their gun collection and give good deals

Paid a visited to the gun shop today and spent a couple of hours with Bob nothing was to much trouble for him I came out of the shop with a lot more knowledge than I when in with thank you Bob great place to shop .and John will make a cup of tea for ya
