LDN Electrical

I would like to say that I avoid putting reviews for any person or company if I can avoid it, as I know for most people their business is also their livelihood. On this occasion however, I had no choice.Lee issued an electrical certificate for a property of mine. There were issues (not with the certificate but with some of the electrical installations). At no point was I made aware of this. At no point was I contacted in order to be told what needs to happen in terms of remedial work needed to be done and then for a new certificate to be issued that would give essentially a “pass” to the property’s electrical installations. I contacted Lee via phone, text message, email, multiple times, but never got a reply. On one occasion I was told (after multiple calls) that I was going to be emailed a quote for the electrical works that are necessary, but this never happened.This is then when the real nightmare started. Essentially the property needed some of its electrics changed / fixed. The reply I got from most electricians I contacted after Lee, was that since the initial certificate was issued by LDN electrics, they did not want to get involved etc…. In the meantime Southend council started threatening me with fines, as the property did not have an electrical safety certificate that deemed it safe….It seems that Lee issued a certificate and that was where his service stopped. This is more like a surgeon removing an appendix (clinical problem) but then disappears leaving the patient’s abdomen open without closures or sutures.Sorry for putting this review, but this is after a lot of consideration and after, due to Lee’s indifference and lack of professionalism, I ended up going through an unnecessary stress and wasted valuable time in finding a right professional to do remedial work, whilst being threatened with a 30k fine by the Southend council.
