Amazing place, kind and compassionate owner. Huge range of crystals, jewellery, insence, ect. Beautiful place!

What an oasis of calm and tranquility I found, whilst endulging my memory lane in the Overton Arcade and other Wrexham hotpots. It was a pleasure to find a shop called Firefly, it looked inviting so then i just spent the time browsing the Crystal/semi precious stones. Unlike other Bangles and Beads shops, the Crystal section is always an after thought. But Firefly have shown that they know their subject. So the overall collection is well thought out and should appeal to the target groups ie Spiritualists,Festival Goers, Pagan, Wiccan or just the enlightened souls that like a candle, a crystal and some incense. Other mention able factors in Firefly, include Chilled Staff and Labrador, a hippie clothing section, handmade Jewellery. The chilled out Labrador who came up to me and told me how happy he was and happy were his life was going. I'm not much of a conversationalist so I just patted him on the shoulder and smiled. This is exactly the shop we need in wrecsam, especially in this arcade which always had a bohemian feeling about it. Maybe the beginning of a bohemian sector in the city. Who knows?We wish you well, all that contribute and make Firefly what it is. Blessed be.

Nice shop and stuffLady who works there is nice, but the dude who’s a rocker looking dude, was very rude to me, he made jokes about me buying certain things to other shop members, implying I didn’t have a clue what to do with them. Made me feel uncomfortable and constantly walked out when I wanted help to have a cigarette, horrible manEven the lady apologised for him, saying he means well, he’s just grumpyWon’t be returning, felt uncomfortable and sad

found this shop a bit ago now was goin thru a really hard time , ialways believed crystals were magical but never understood how they worked , so over time iwent in more and more and learned so much from the lovely lady helen that owns it , firefly is a little family of people whohelp everyone , helen’s knowledge is amazing on what each crystal does and even very rare ones iasked about she has got me . i can’t fault this little gem and helen

Wonderful choice and a lovely online shopping experience for a newcomer to the Craft. I live in Wrexham and my goods were delivered to me by a lovely lady from the shop. Items were well packaged and i am so pleased to be able to support this local business during difficult times. Thank you.

I absolutely love this shop, everytime I go in I instantly feel welcome by Helen and Hobo, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my incense or bath products, even if I'm not buying Helen always makes you feel welcomed with a good chat and a warming atmosphere.
