I walked in to the store this morning to get some assistance with my vodafone phone. I was welcomed by a young man (16?) Drinking his milkshake or something similar. Then to be told he couldn't help! Really unprofessional service. What has happened to good customer service??

Vodafone, fantastic, the member of staff so very helpful and informative, helped me with my new phone purchase, and was in no way pushy or trying to sell me something that I didn't need. This member of staff listened to me and gave me the opportunity to get a deal that is beneficial for my needs. I get good coverage with Vodafone and the rewards. What's not to like.

I've been coming here for years now to renew my phone when able to. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I have always been really happy with the service and the products available.

I went in because I wanted to get a new contract , and Karen was really helpful and kind.Thank you Karen!!

Update: iPhone finally collected - in store sales person was efficient.Disappointing Experience. I tried to pickup a new iPhone today that had been delivered to store. Online agent confirmed delivery date and the in-store sales person confirmed arrival.However I’m not allowed to take the phone until the store has opened my delivery, added it to the system and text me…It’s a shame as online and over phone Vodafone agents are very good indeed. This lack of flexibility can’t help their high street image.

Went in yesterday to change my contract, young man was of no help. Not the first time either, seem to remember the same in my last two visits. Zero customer care/helpfulness/willingness.. strange attitude, manager no better. Called customer services who were brilliant however. So localised issue

Totally incompetent. First assistant said I would be charged £25 for him to transfer data from one phone to my old phone so newer phone could be sent for repair. I said ok. I patiently waited while he served others or played with his own phone. He then said he had to go and his manager would take over. Neither of them realised that both phones needed to be connected to the internet then 3rd assistant discovered it couldn’t be done because older phone is too old. This took half a hour but to be fair she was actually helpful where as first assistant and manager were incompetent or caring. This took 3 hours and 2 trips back to the car to pay for parking.This after trying to organise a repair service online through Vodafone and that system failing, I thought a visit to a shop would help. Not helpful at all. Furious.
