I've had many downs with O2 in general, but Ryan and Chelsea from the meadowhall and fargate stores have always saved me and my phone issues. Excellent, patient, compassionate and honest service from them. I hope O2 gives them a stand out bonus this year.

Excellent service and staff that weren't too pushy. Gave excellent service and ensured my daughter was happy and satisfied she was armed with all the knowledge she needed to set up her new phone. £30 cheaper than Car phone Warehouse and without the need for their Hard Sell Tactics.

Had to sort out a contract that had wrong name on it and open new one for my wife. The service was fantastic - they quickly recognised the issues, came up with a solution and sorted it. Never written a review before on anything but felt exceptional in terms of the easy going, knowledgeable and very professional service.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Dan, he helped me out massively today! Had problems with my pixel6 and had to go through a factory reset. Dan walked me through the whole process and helped me reboot my system. Would have been lost without his guidance, so thank you very much!

I just popped in to get a replacement charger for my iPhone, and the girl who served me was such a big help! She gave me some information about the options available, and her recommendation of which cable to buy has worked out so well. She said it’d be faster, and it definitely it is! Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was so friendly and helpful :)

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Apologies to the guy who served me as he ended up 20 mins late off his shift. Was incredibly helpful and polite all the way helping me find the right deal when he could have easily handed me off to a colleague and gone home instead. Beyond the customer service I expected. The staff here kept me with 02 during this phone switch.

As a biggest mobile technology and as a service company. Please make sure everytime keep smile and friendly to your customers. Even They not England. Maybe from Indian China or Africa. I know their English is not well. But make more patient and do you best.I used O2 net over 7 years and my family use it over 12 years. Don't want change to other companies. So keep your smile pal.
