Yesterday my son arrived in good time for his test at 4pm, but had left his licence in the car, so was told by the staff that he would have to go back for it. When he returned a short while later, he was told that he couldn't do the test as they had turned the computers off. He was not offered a refund. I find this behaviour disgraceful. He is a school student who doesn't have a job. He saved up the £23 himself. Is this poor behaviour your policy?

Direction on Google maps is very misleading. The actual place is at Steam Mill Street Chester.It is not where the pin is on Google maps.. verified..

My experience overall was beyond amazing. I previously went to Liverpool to do my theory test where they were pessimistic, staff couldn't afford a single smile etc. But here, from the moment i stepped in I was able to joke around with staff members and they didn't put pressure on me and make me feel like omg

I went for my second test today and it was a lot better than the first, the first time the atmosphere made me nervous !There is a lovely man that works there (didn’t catch his name) this time who made it so much more of a positive experience! Very friendly. He needs a raise!!
