Had some issues trying to place order on the website, I kept ‘looping round’, I called and spoke with Cathy who managed to secure my order and arrange next day delivery, manually sending me a payment request on PayPal! It’s not often you get such fantastic service! Would 100% buy from here again! 10 out of 10

Went in one day great service from younger helpful woman behind counter .Next day went back, different story completely, taller woman in there with a very unfriendly customer attitude, shoving credit card machines in your face.having been stood waiting for 15 minutes . Really really dont value or appreciate customers they are serving.

Terrible service. Ordered a compressor and two weeks later no delivery and no communication to let me know where it is. I rang and emailed with no response. Still waiting.*update- order was finally delivered as apparently FedEx said the address was wrong which it wasn't. I'm changing my review to 3 stars from 1, as it took me to complain to get updates and an adequate response. To be fair to World of power, after I left a message to show my frustration they sorted the issue with good communication. Shame, but I will give some leeway due to a potential xmas backlog, but my order however did take over two weeks for delivery even though it was shipped before xmas*

I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company.My wife got me an Outback dual fuel BBQ for my birthday from them. When the item arrived there was slight damage to the packing, it didn’t look like enough to have damaged the unit. When I got it in to my house and opened it one of the BBQ hoods was dented on top and missing paint. I didn’t get the rest of unit out, which is probably a mistake on my behalf, but it didn’t look like there was any further damage and I wasn’t sure if the company would collect the whole unit or just send replacement parts.After emailing the company, give them their dues, they sent out the replacement hood fairly quickly.When I got the rest of the Unit out, I couldn’t open the hood that looked as though it wasn’t damaged. After inspecting it, the side had been bashed in. I finally managed to open the hood to check for any other damage, the hood and the part of the unit that connects the hood to the body was badly damaged and the warming grill inside was bent and missing paint.We emailed the company again with photos, which they confirmed the parts that were damaged, but no mention of if, or when they would send replacements. After a week of no further contact, my wife had to email them again asking what was going to be done, to which they agreed to send the parts next day delivery.I understand things get damaged in transit and we are pleased they have sent out replacement parts. But the thing that is most disappointing about it all, not once has there been an apology for the inconvenience.

I bought two chains online for my husqvarna chainsaw recently. Speedy delivery without problems. Then I quickly realised I got it completely wrong. So I visited the shop today and explained the issue to the shop lady. She exchanged them for the right ones without any trouble and informed me about the correct type of chain for future. Excellent customer service!
